Managing your subscription
Crosshair Pro subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Crosshair Pro. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You can restore previous purchases from the app’s paywall or settings using Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Applying a crosshair in-game
Crosshair Pro generates the real share code for each supported game. Copy the code in the app, then paste it into the game’s own crosshair settings — Crosshair Pro never modifies or connects to your game client.
Community, reporting, and blocking
To report content or block a user, use the report and block options attached to any crosshair, message, comment, profile, or LFG post in the app. See our Community Guidelines for what’s allowed and how enforcement works.
Deleting your account and data
Most data stays on your device and is removed when you clear it or uninstall the app. To delete your community account and the content stored on our servers (username, published crosshairs, messages, LFG posts), email us at [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.
